Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Resonova AI's services ("Service"), operated by Resonova AI ("we," "our," or "us"). By booking a call, making a payment, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Resonova AI builds custom AI content systems for founders, consultants, and independent professionals. Specifically, our Service:

• Designs a personalised content system trained on your voice, audience, and business goals
• Converts your voice notes into platform-ready social media posts that sound like you
• Delivers a client dashboard where you can review, approve, and manage your content
• Provides a platform recommendation (LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter) based on your business type

The Service is delivered as a one-time custom build, handed over to you within 14 days of payment. An optional monthly maintenance retainer is available after handover.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By engaging Resonova AI, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Pricing and Payment

Free Trial:
New clients receive 3 sample posts at no charge before committing. This is our standard offer to demonstrate quality before any payment is made.

One-Time Build Fee:
The custom system build is priced at $1,200–$1,500 USD (or equivalent), confirmed in writing before work begins. Payment is processed via Stripe. Work commences upon receipt of full payment.

Optional Maintenance Retainer:
After handover, clients may opt into a monthly retainer of $100–$200 USD for ongoing system improvements, prompt refinements, and performance reviews. This is billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time with 14 days' notice.

No Refunds:
Due to the custom and time-intensive nature of our work, all payments are final once the build has commenced (typically within 48 hours of payment). If you have concerns about quality, contact us at hello@resonova.me and we will work to resolve them.

4. Client Responsibilities

To receive the best results, you agree to:

• Complete the onboarding form accurately and in full, including your voice profile, audience definition, content pillars, and API key
• Provide your own OpenAI or Anthropic API key during onboarding. You are responsible for all API usage costs incurred through your key
• Respond to feedback requests within a reasonable timeframe to keep the build on schedule
• Review all generated content before publishing. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, appropriateness, and compliance of any content you publish

5. Content Ownership

Your content:
You retain full ownership of all posts, drafts, and content generated through your system. You may use, edit, publish, or delete your content freely. We make no claim to any content produced for you.

Our intellectual property:
Resonova AI retains ownership of its methodology, system architecture, prompt frameworks, and all proprietary processes used to build your content system. You may not resell, replicate, or redistribute the build methodology to third parties.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content produced by your system is generated using artificial intelligence. While the system is trained on your voice and audience, AI can occasionally produce errors, inaccuracies, or off-brand output. You are responsible for reviewing all content before it is published. Resonova AI is not liable for any consequences arising from published content.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Use generated content to impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, replicate, or resell the Resonova AI system or methodology
• Share your dashboard credentials with unauthorised third parties

8. Service Availability and Timeline

We target a 14-day delivery from payment to system handover. This timeline is subject to your timely completion of onboarding. We will not be held liable for delays caused by incomplete onboarding information or slow feedback response.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Service if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to provide required onboarding information within 7 days of payment. In the event of termination due to your breach, no refund will be issued.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Resonova AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service
• We do not guarantee specific business results, follower growth, or lead generation outcomes from content produced through the Service

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation by contacting hello@resonova.me.
